(11.18.11 @ 06:55 PM)Stephanie and Issac are usually the masterminds behind every single one of RUCHE's lookbooks and Kristin and I have loved watching what they've come up with since the very first one. Since they are still battling this thing out and on the road to recovery they were unable to shoot this last lookbook. As much as Kristin and I are grateful to share a few of our favorites from the Ruche fall lookbook, our hearts and prayers go out to the Hurtado family. We have been encouraged by God's truth in Romans 8:28-39. Romans 8:28 says "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose". This is true even in the hardest most trying of times. Romans 8:37 says "Yet in all these things we are MORE than conquerors through Christ who loved us". Stephanie and Issac this is our prayer for you guys! We pray that God would heal Issac completely and that He would sustain you both on the long road of recovery ahead! If any of you out there would like to help in anyway you can do so HERE.

(10.10.11 @ 07:18 PM)Wow! Your images are so STUNNING! I read about Isaac and Stephanie last week, and his story completely broke my heart. I have been praying for them, and they both have been so much on my mind. I don't know them, other than through their beautiful work. When I saw his name and the " please help Isaac," my heart just about skipped a beat, thinking of my little nephew Isaac, who lost his life three years ago. There is not a day that goes by, that my heart does not ache over his death, and thinking of what my brother and sister in law must feel. The good news is that there is hope, hope even in death. And like you said, we are more than conquerers, through Christ Jesus. Thank you for sharing.
